Q. Do I need a computer in order to have a website?
A. No. It is not necessary to own a computer. Your web site is posted to the Internet for those with Internet access to view. Your contact information could be your phone number or physical address.
Q. What is a Domain Name?
A. A Domain Name is your I.P. (Internet Presence) address. (eg. www.yourname.com ) The "yourname" would be your Domain Name. All Domain Names must be registered with a yearly fee to a domain registrar. We can help with this.
Q. What is a Hosting Company?
A. A Hosting Company is where your Domain Name is "parked", and becomes your server to the Internet. Your website is posted to the Internet via access to the server. Hosting companies charge a monthly, quarterly, or yearly fee.
Q. What is the minimum size for a website that I may get?
A. One page. We cater to all needs.
Q. What is the price for a web page?
A. Our basic rate is $125.00 +tax per page, based on content and complexity. ($150.00 +tax per page, e-commerce via PayPal)
Q. Can I add more pages as I need them?
A. Yes. Many clients start off with just a few pages, and add more later.
Q. Do you offer website maintenance?
A. Yes. Our maintenance rate is at $50.00 per hour and is pro-rated. (eg. If a change that needs to be made takes 10 minutes, you will be charged 1/6th of an hour or $8.33 +tax. Many "quick" changes are changed for free.
Q. How long will my website exist?
A. It will exist for as long as you host your website with a hosting company, and keep your Domain Name registered.
Q. Do you offer Custom Graphics, Scanning Services, and Photography?
A. Yes. We offer Custom Graphics & Logos, designed to your specifications. We also will scan your available photos, or take digital photos in some cases.
Q. How will people find my website?
A. We will initially submit your website to major search engines, and also show you how you can continue to do this in the future. We cannot guarantee ranking on the search engines. No one can. Q. How long does it take to complete a website?
A. This depends on several factors: 
  • The time it takes to register a domain name and set up hosting.
  • The time it takes for you to supply us with all necessary information & photos.
  • Complete payment for all services rendered.
